Holland & Usry’s Safe Roads Scholarship invites SC students to examine a key roadway safety issue and propose solutions that reduce accidents. Applicants are encouraged to consider how drivers, lawmakers, and technology can work together to create safer roads for everyone! The application deadline is August 31, 2026.
